Job Description

Insight Global is supporting a top-tier casino entertainment client in hiring a Food and Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across multiple food outlets and delivering an excellent guest experience at their Dubuque location. This person will report directly to the F&B Director and play a key role in driving service excellence and team performance. The F&B Director will work with this individual to set a consistent schedule; however, this individual must be available to work both Fridays and Saturdays – everyone works those days, but this manager will still get two consecutive days off.

Key Responsibilities:
• • Lead all personnel functions: hiring, scheduling, coaching, performance management
• Direct, motivate, and provide on-going support to both front of the house and back of the house managers
• Assist the F&B Director with achieving budget goals and objectives, and managing financial matters of assigned outlets
• Ensure full compliance with company standards, practices, and procedures
• Manage inventory and supply levels
• Monitor and elevate guest service standards
• Address food quality concerns and customer complaints
• Make strategic product and equipment purchasing decisions
• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations and Purchasing Director
• Initiate projects to improve productivity or efficiency for front and/or back of house staff

Compensation:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year annual salary

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in food and beverage operations
• Must have fine dining steak house/wine experience
• Proven leadership/supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of service standards
• Team player, excellent communication, and customer service skills
• Must be able to work both Fridays and Saturdays
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

• Experience in a casino resort setting
