Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Professional Services Specialist to join one of our top client's in the Des Moines, IA area. This individual will be responsible for providing quality application upgrades and training related to the client's systems & products while maintaining a strong business relationship with high level leaders of current client's. Persons within this role will be capable of acting within all phases of an assigned area of the upgrade process with general guidance. This position is responsible for monitoring progress of programs/projects through internal reviews and participation in team meetings. Communication and partnerships with clients will be in the form of phone, email, virtual meetings, etc.
Hourly pay rate for this position ranges between $23.00-$25.00 and is dependent on years of experience and skills coming in with.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience working in a banking environment (banks, credit unions, financial institutions); coming from a Teller or Loan officer background.
• Ability to understand loans, deposit account platforms, checking accounts, beneficial owners, relationships on accounts.
• 2+ Years of customer service background (client facing via phone, email, face to face; experience communicating with high level leaders and external stakeholders)
• Technology Proficient
• Can handle the basics of Microsoft office and has shown the ability to learn new systems
