Insight Global is looking for a Senior Salesforce Systems Engineer for a Senior Living Operator client in the Des Moines, IA area. This individual will lead and advise on strategic planning and roadmap development for LCS CRM systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee configuration, customization, and integration to meet requirements, enhancing functionality. Act as the subject matter expert for system integrations and CRM platforms like Salesforce, Mulesoft, Pardot, providing guidance on capabilities and best practices. Implement system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring stability and reliability. Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Maintain system documentation and mentor junior IT team members.
The annual salary for this position ranges between $110,000-$130,000 and is dependent on experience and skills coming in with.

Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
