Insight Global is looking for a Client Services Rep/Call Center Banking Professional to join one of our top client's in the Des Moines, IA area. The ideal candidate should have experience within a call center environment handling high volume of inbound calls and preferably a banking background. This person will be working directly with credit unions, banks, and financial institutions handling service requests, partnering with various internal departments and resolving client issues. Majority of day will be spent making phone calls with 99% of the calls coming from financial institutions.
Take incoming calls from financial institutions with a focus on issue resolution.
Maintain adherence to phone schedule to ensure adequate phone coverage for client support.
Partner and collaborate with peers and business partners, as needed.
Participate in team and department planning meetings.
The hourly par rate for this position ranges between $22.00-$25.00 and is dependent on experience skill set needed.
