Insight Global is looking for a Data Scientist to join a top financial company in the Des Moines area. The Data Scientist leverages AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and programming to create data-driven solutions for corporate initiatives. They work with large, varied data sets to build models that predict optimal business actions. Collaborating with business partners, they define technical problems, develop accurate analytical models, and integrate these models into data products or tools with the help of a cross-functional team. A majority of the day will be spent data wrangling, exploring the data and hands on machine learning. This person will need to be creative and innovative to provide solutions and data that may not be in place currently in order to better support the organization. The annual salary for this role will be between $120,000-$150,000/yr.
