Insight Global is looking to hire a healthcare recruiter for a Home Health client in the Des Moines area. Opening their new office in the Des Moines area later this month, they are currently looking to hire multiple clinical staff and need a recruiter to assist with the talent sourcing. As this location expands and develops, this person will be the face of the company for the Des Moines office. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to grow their career and only requires 2-3 years pervious healthcare recruiting experience. The ideal candidate will also have experience staffing nurses and working with an applicant tracking system. This position will be hybrid working 1-2 days on-site and 3-4 days remotely.
