Jr Data Analyst - Must sit in Des Moines, IA

This employee will join a team that migrated data from MS Access database to SQL Server database and is now performing an SAP implementation. This position starts at $25/hr.

Able to work onsite 3 days/week (Mon/Fri remote)

2+ years professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar (internship accepted)

Basic Excel navigation experience (VLOOKUP, linking information, basic formulas, concatenation)

Ability to write simple SQL queries to automate processes

Outstanding professional or scholarly recommendation highlighting:

Notable strength in working both independently and with a team of diverse personalities and skill levels

Self-sufficient; expert in organization and personal task prioritization

Proven track record in completing repetitive tasks while staying focused and engaged

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to type 35 WPM

Experience creating Power BI dashboards

Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP system

Experience developing macros within Excel VBA

Operations, Production or Manufacturing industry experience

Experience working with a global team

Knowledge of MS Access or SQL Server database

Experience performing a data migration or implementation

Interest in agriculture or supply chain

General understanding of production process

IT, Computer Science or similar degree

MIS degree

Customer service or client-facing experience
