A client of Insight Global is seeking a detailed and dynamic Office Administrator to assist with various task around the office and with clients. In this role, you will be working in the office for a trucking company whose operations are based in Des Moines, Iowa.
This candidate will be responsible for supporting key stakeholders in the company with billing, answering phones, imaging documents, fostering client relationships, emailing reports, and documenting data. This position is hybrid so the person can expect to be on-site in the office 3+ day per week.

* 3+ years of experience performing office administrative duties:
o Answer phones, make calls, email reports, schedule appointments.
* Strong understanding of the billing process, including sending the invoices.
* Accustomed to entering data into vendor systems, excel, etc.
* Proficient with Excel.
* Prior experience with imaging documents to ensure easy accessibility and organization.
* Confident communicator with a hard-working mindset.
- Experience with Acordex for imaging.
- Prior experience working in the trucking industry.
- Experience using a transportation management system (TMS)
o Carrier Logistics.
