Insight Global is looking for a IAM Analyst to join one of our top clients on a year long contact. This candidate will Provide technical and analytical support for internal and external customers. Assist with creating, maintaining, and using spreadsheets and/or database tools to effectively analyze and report results for a variety of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. This job will involve on-going meetings with our business trading partners to educate IAM principles, and work jointly with them to improve our operational efficiencies within the IAM program.
Additional Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain IAM policies and procedures.
Work closely with the IAM team to ensure that the right people have access to the right resources.
Participate in the planning and execution of IAM projects and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IAM. Participate in IAM projects and initiatives.
Work with Application, Role, Data owners to understand access requirements.
Perform daily health checks in IAM solution for provisioning failures, data corrections etc.,
Maintain documentation for the IAM program.
Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks.
2+ years of experience working in an identity and access management space
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and provisioning.
Experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and MFA
Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX
