Insight Global is seeking Desktop Support Specialist for one of our top Banking clients in Des Moines, IA. The Service Desk Technician will be on a Service Desk Team that supports internal supports as well as external supports to its members. This person will intake some calls but will also be helping with virtual desktops and rolling out computers to staff. This is a very collaborative, tight-knit team and the company has an amazing culture. There will be a ton of room for growth and advancement into Network Administrator, Server Administrator, or even Software Development roles (whatever path you are looking to take).
· Soft Skills of Hungry Humble and Smart. (personality is HUGE, will consider recent college grad if they're hungry and a hard worker)
· 1-3 years of experience with ServiceNow
· Bachelor's or Associates degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
· 1-3 years of a experience in help desk support or desktop support role.
Experience or knowledge of Vmware products
