Insight Global is looking for 3 Sr. Infrastructure Engineers for one of our largest clients in Des Moines, IA. This role is required to be onsite at least 2 days a week in either Des Moines, IA or Sioux falls, SD. This person will be working with the infrastructure team to work on projects they have underway to migrate users and accounts. This engineer will work closely with the team to manage ticket queues and doing investigative work to manager their infrastructure.
5+ years of demonstrated proficiency in Windows, hands on support and related debugging
3+ Experience in Azure, Active Directory Domain Services, file structures and security, backup and disaster recovery processes.
3+ years experience with Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Netscaler, StoreFront, etc
Familiarity with the fundamentals of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
Experience with deploying/supporting Office 365 applications, Intune, SCCM, Azure AD, AWS and Azure cloud services
Excellent communication skills
