Insight Global is looking for a creative and experienced director of marketing to join our team and help us grow our business. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our goals and brand identity. You will also oversee all aspects of our online and offline presence, including social media, website, content, advertising, email marketing, CRM, and more.
As a director of marketing, you will work closely with our realtors, managers, and clients to understand their needs and provide them with effective solutions. You will also need to be adaptable and willing to assist with other tasks as needed, such as staging a property or putting out signs. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of graphic design experience with Adobe Suite or Canva, as well as a solid understanding of marketing principles, tools, and best practices. You should also have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and a passion for real estate.
Other Responsibilities:
* Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, website, email, print, and digital media
* Create and manage engaging and relevant content for our target audience, such as blog posts, newsletters, videos, infographics, flyers, brochures, etc.
* Design and update our website and landing pages to optimize user experience and conversions
* Manage and optimize our social media accounts and online reputation, and interact with our followers and potential customers
* Track and measure the performance and ROI of our marketing activities, and generate reports and insights
* Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior, and identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
* Manage and maintain our CRM system and email marketing platform, and segment and nurture our leads and customers
* Develop and manage our marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently
* Collaborate with our realtors, managers, and clients to understand their needs and expectations, and provide them with effective marketing solutions
* Assist with other tasks as needed, such as staging a property or putting out signs
Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field
* At least 5 years of graphic design experience with Adobe Suite or Canva
* Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
* Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, etc.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask
* Passion for real estate and customer satisfaction
