Remote Project Manager

Insight Global is looking for a fully Remote Project Manager to join one of their premiere Life Insurance and Annuity clients here in Des Moines. This individual will be responsible for 4-5 workstreams within their IMO Segmentation department. It will be their goal to identify how they can provide higher level services to National Marketing Partners to surpass competitors. They will maintain and facilitate budgeting, financial tracking and ensure deadlines are met. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating slide decks and visuals to present project updates and standings with Shareholders and Executives. While this role is remote, it will require travel to Des Moines for presentations and executive meetings.

- 4+ years of experience within Project Management

- Has experience with budgeting and financial forecasting within proejcts

o Proven ability to track finances throughout projects to maintain budget and deadlines

- Proven experience hitting specific timelines and SLA's

- Experience presenting to Executive levels

o Ability to create their own slide decks and visuals

- Experience working with Agents, broker dealers or those who have a strong understanding of Life Insurance products

- Annuities and Life Insurance background

- Jira and Excel expertise
