Insight Global is looking for a CX Strategist for one of our top Financial/Insurance companies located in the Des Moines, IA area. This CS Strategist will be an influencer across the organization by developing strategic recommendations based on a combination or research and strategy. They will act as a liaison to our VOC Analyst and UX researchers to help enable our Product Management team, enterprise priorities, our executable roadmaps, and continuous iteration. They will be responsible to deliver recommendations that identify trends and solve for areas of need/improvement. This candidate will facilitate customer communities and testing alongside other CX and UX team members.
* 5+ years of experience w/Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Market Research/Insights, Marketing Analytics, Finance or Life sciences.
* Candidate should be able to communicate complex issues and ideas to users and stakeholders in concise, compelling, and simple language.
* Ability to develop the CX success story with regular communications, workshops, lunch-and-learns, newsletters, websites, and visuals to help inform and engage.
* Strong business acumen and proven track record of delivering big results in high paced and highly ambiguous and complex work environment
* Must be capable of mapping complex data solutions across silos to identify CX gaps and recommend solutions, when needed.
* Strong communication skills
