Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a fully remote Tableau Developer for one of our best clients in the Midwest. As a report developer, the desired candidate will understand client strategy and drive decisions about what to present and visualize information in ways that bring stories to life. The candidate will create reports and make trends and insights visual for consumption by internal team members and clients alike. The candidate will create easily digestible data visualization and dashboards and set up efficient, intuitive reporting systems to make information available on a selfservice basis and make trends and insights easy to see.
Required Skills & Experience
Desired Qualifications:
3 -- 5 Years
* Data science, computer science or similar background
* Building highimpact data visualization and dashboards using Tableau OR POWER BI
* SQL - write their own queries to put data together
* Marketing/Ad background -- (all dashboards are around digital media data)
* Acquire, sanitize, merge, and transform complex multisourced data in support of various analyses and projects
* Review reporting processes, create and maintain dashboards and tools to track and inform team metrics across multiple client sites
* Generate weekly/monthly data and reports for individual client projects, demonstrating current and cumulative performance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
* Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
* Data visualization
* Familiarity with one or more data aggregation and analysis languages like Python, R, etc.
* Experience with Snowflake, AWS Cloud Services, Lambda, and FiveTran or a strong desire to learn
* Focus on accuracy and attention to detail, and an eye for recognizing trends and gaps
* Experience working with UTM codes, Google Analytics, PPC datasets and/or other marketing data preferred
* Must be a selfstarter: quick learner, intuitive and proactive
