Insight Global is seeking a Database Administrator for one of our clients in Des Moines, IA. This DBA will be deeply involved with databases with SQL. This person will collaborate and communicate with multiple teams to administrate databases for projects, keep the databases healthy and maintenances, and be an escalation point and will have to troubleshoot. The DBA will work heavily with SQL. 50% of their day will be troubleshooting, 30% of their day will be maintenance the database, and other 20% will be working to administrate the database for projects. The DBA will be a part of a once a month on call rotation.
