Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a PCI Analyst Lead for a top financial services and payments-focused client. This individual will serve as the senior-most individual contributor responsible for leading the development and maturity of the organization's PCI compliance program. The ideal candidate is not someone who simply executes against existing controls, but rather a strategic compliance leader who has successfully built compliance programs, governance frameworks, and risk assessment processes from the ground up. This person will oversee PCI readiness efforts, targeted risk assessments, governance documentation, and certification activities while partnering closely with business leaders, security teams, and external assessors. The role requires a highly autonomous professional who can identify cardholder data environments, determine compliance scope, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and develop sustainable compliance processes. Additionally, this individual will gain exposure to broader Information Security and Technology Risk initiatives, offering future growth opportunities into areas such as AI Governance, enterprise risk management, and leadership-level security programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact, gain executive visibility, and help shape the future of a growing security and compliance function.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
