Job Description
The Facility Manager Site Lead is responsible for overseeing all facilities management operations at the Warsaw site, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of maintenance, utilities, infrastructure, workplace services, and capital projects in a regulated GxP environment. This role partners closely with site leadership, outsourced service providers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support business operations, regulatory compliance, and site performance. The position leads and develops facilities teams while managing vendor relationships, budgets, capital planning, business continuity programs, and energy/sustainability initiatives. The Facility Manager is accountable for maintaining 24/7 operational readiness, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring successful execution of facilities-related projects and audits. The ideal candidate has at least six years of facilities or engineering experience in a regulated environment, strong technical and leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage people, budgets, and complex site operations.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of facilities, engineering in a Regulated and GXP environment
• Good management and strong technical skills
• A comprehensive understanding and experience of facilities maintenance, with the technical ability to
operate as Facility Manager.
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Strong passion for people leadership and development, with the demonstrated ability to collaborate with,
influence and partner with colleagues throughout the Manufacturing Operation as a Strategic Business
Partner.
• Ability to adapt emerging best practices and industry innovations
• Ability to lead diverse teams through change and organizational transformation
