Job Description
• Own business analysis activities for an assigned product, supporting ongoing enhancements and iteration efforts post-launch
• Partner closely with Product Owners (including global stakeholders) to translate product vision into clear, actionable requirements
• Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements using Agile methodologies
• Develop process flows, workflows, and system diagrams (Visio or similar tools) to support solution design and stakeholder alignment
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies
• Analyze supply chain–related processes and contribute to improvements aligned to planning and portfolio objectives
• Facilitate communication across technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on product priorities and deliverables
• Validate delivered functionality against requirements and support testing efforts as needed

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role in a software development environment
• Strong experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
• Proven ability to create detailed workflows, process maps, and documentation (e.g., Visio)
• Experience partnering with Product Owners and development teams to deliver technology solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across cross-functional teams
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting supply chain, planning, or operations-related initiatives
• Background in MedTech, healthcare, or other regulated industries
• Experience working in global team environments
