Job Description
Senior MLOps Engineer and ML lifecycle automation lead. Owns the reusable ML pipeline template library, end-to-end ML workflow automation, and the integration of AI/ML telemetry into Datadog for production observability. Open works closely with governance standards, observability, governed deployment pipelines, Ops Engineer (once filled) to ensure ML workloads are fully automated, governed, and observable end-to-end.
Core Responsibilities
• Build and maintain reusable ML pipeline templates: training, validation, packaging, deployment, and monitoring
• Automate ML lifecycle workflows end-to-end — reduce manual steps to zero across training, validation, and deployment phases
• Integrate AI/ML telemetry into Datadog for production observability — work to ensure all ML pipeline events feed SLO dashboards
• Implement deployment automation standards for ML models aligned to the DevOps pipeline framework — coordinate with Devops on governed ADO deployment patterns
• Embed governance controls into pipeline automation — validation gates, promotion checklists, and audit evidence generation must be automated, not manual
