Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Subcontracting Manager to oversee subcontractor operations on a major construction project. This individual will manage relationships, oversee financial tracking, and ensure subcontractor performance aligns with project goals. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen and experience working with general contractors in large-scale builds.
Pay rate: $54-57/hr, dependent on experience

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience managing subcontractors
Background working with a General Contractor
Strong understanding of commercial contract language
Experience with invoicing, billing, and tracking
Experience in APM, project controls, or business operations
Manage subcontractors from a commercial standpoint
Track invoicing, billing, and project progress
Maintain subcontractor relationships
Ensure all subcontractor deliverables are aligned
Act as primary liaison for subcontractors
Mission-critical, semiconductor, power plant, gas/oil, utility, hyperscale or colocation data center, hospital, industrial, or manufacturing background
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Data center project experience
