Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a BIM Manager for a leading mission-critical construction project. This individual will oversee and manage the evolution of BIM models for a large-scale data center build. They will collaborate closely with construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of changes and maintain alignment with project execution goals. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep Revit expertise and strong coordination skills within a fast-paced construction environment.

Pay Rate: $70-80/hr, dependent on experience

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of BIM experience
Revit specifically
Strong electrical background
Advanced Revit experience
Experience managing BIM model changes
Ability to coordinate with construction teams and interfacing with stakeholders
Implement and track change orders in the model
Oversee execution of project modeling
Mission-critical, semiconductor, power plant, gas/oil, utility, hyperscale or colocation data center, hospital industrial, or manufacturing background

Data center project experience
