Job Description
Manage service principals and identity access within Azure/Entra ID
Support Microsoft 365 administration (user provisioning, access, troubleshooting)
Handle day-to-day operational requests from internal users and IT teams
Partner closely with cloud engineering and operations teams to maintain system stability
Assist with infrastructure-as-code efforts using Terraform (updates, maintenance)

Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (core services + IAM)
Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity management
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
Exposure to or experience with Terraform
Background in cloud operations / support environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in regulated environments (utilities, energy, NERC CIP)
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
Understanding of role-based access controls and governance best practices
Scripting (PowerShell / automation for user management)
