Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst (Data Integrity Focus) for a leading healthcare technology client. This candidate will sit at the intersection of product, data, and engineering, driving improvements in data quality and enabling more reliable, data-driven decisions. They will work in a collaborative Agile environment to investigate complex data issues, define requirements, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance product performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving data challenges, and can effectively bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams while supporting integration across multiple platforms.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experienced Business Analysis in a software environment
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets (analysis, validation, investigation)
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process mapping, workflow development, and technical documentation
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams
• Strong communication skills, including translating technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha, or Rally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Bachelor’s degree required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in data-heavy or database environments (SQL, Snowflake)
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Experience integrating data across multiple systems (EHR, IoT, asset tracking platforms)
• Background in healthcare, clinical engineering, or medical device industry
• Exposure to predictive analytics, utilization tracking, or modeling
• Experience supporting training development or user documentation
