Job Description

Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repair, inspection, maintenance, and installation of overhead, jib, and gantry cranes. Conduct crane modifications and system upgrades to improve performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

Required

Experience troubleshooting and maintaining AC/DC drives and PLC-controlled electrical systems
Solid understanding of basic AC/DC motor theory
Demonstrated commitment to safety, with strong mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and effective communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Comfortable working at heights

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred

Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance for production equipment and machinery, including familiarity with radio controls, PLCs, and AC/DC drives
Experience with installation and alignment of motors, brakes, couplings, and gearboxes
Ability to interpret and work from electrical and mechanical schematics
