Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to support a large enterprise client. This individual will serve as a key technical advisor, designing and delivering scalable automation solutions with a strong emphasis on the Microsoft Power Platform. The role partners closely with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, guide solution design, and establish governance frameworks that enable innovation while ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on engineering expertise, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to translate complex business needs into reliable, enterprise-grade automation solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in automation engineering, process automation, or related role
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong automation lifecycle management experience
• Experience with Python for automation or integration use cases
• Strong background in integration technologies (APIs, workflows, RPA)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Background in energy, utilities, or regulated environments
• Experience with automation in ServiceNow
• Azure Functions or cloud-native integration experience
