Job Description

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily plant operations to ensure all safety, quality, and production targets are consistently met. This role plays a critical leadership function on the floor, driving operational efficiency while maintaining strict compliance with safety and environmental standards. This position will be on-site 3 days on 3 days off 12-hour shifts.

What you will be doing:
- Direct all day-to-day activities of employees at the plant
- Be a safety leader
- Create work orders and billing for shipping needs
- Create weekly schedules for production
- Work closely with Maintenance team
- Ensure mill operations is within agreed upon specs for quality

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of relative experience in a supervisory role. Experience in a cement plant or other heavy industry is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience
- Soft Computer Skills (Excel, Word, IP21, Maximo, Lotus Notes)
