Insight Global is hiring a Sr. Manager of U.S. Immigration to support a large organization's Employee Success organization, focusing on strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement of internal immigration programs. This individual will monitor U.S. regulatory changes, assess business impact, and review or adjust policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness. The role partners closely with Legal, Government Affairs, external counsel, and internal subject matter experts to implement updates, analyze trends, identify risks, and leverage industry benchmarking to improve program execution and team structure.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in immigration, with a strong focus on U.S. immigration
Experience managing corporate immigration programs
Proven experience designing, redesigning, or building internal immigration policies/programs
Ability to navigate complex, fast-changing regulatory environments and translate impact to the business
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to connect trends and propose solutions
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Legal, Government Affairs, and external counsel
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Project management experience
Compliance background or experience working closely with compliance teams
Experience partnering with immigration law firms and leveraging industry benchmarking
Exposure to evaluating or improving team structures or program operations
