Job Description
The Mechatronics & Robotics Apprentice (MRA) participates in a structured training program combining classroom, lab, and on-the-job learning to develop skills in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, and control systems within a fulfillment environment.
This role supports maintenance and operations teams by learning to work on material handling equipment (MHE), control systems, and automation technologies. Upon successful completion of the program, the apprentice transitions into a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (MRT) role.

Required Skills & Experience
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to attend and complete a 9-week training program at one of the designated colleges (travel provided)
- Ability to complete a 1-year on-the-job learning program at assigned site
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts and in different areas of the facility
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures in both classroom and warehouse environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in an electrical, mechanical, or controls-related field
