Job Description
UX designer with strong experience to help drive the design of software applications in a multidisciplinary international team.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct user research, gather insights, perform usability testing
2. Work with customers, stakeholders, product owners, technical team to gather requirements, understand opportunities and conduct research
3. Make UI recommendations based on good design principles
4. Develop mock-ups, propose solutions to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively, review proposals with customers and rapidly iterate
5. Create clickable prototypes (Figma or Adobe XD), conduct usability testing, gather feedback and refine designs.
6. Build detailed wireframes, create detailed documentation for review with customers and handover to internal developers

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative UX solutions.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Solid understanding of user-cantered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to translate user requirements into engaging visual designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must have strong initiative, ability to self-manage, creative and passionate about digital product development
• Experience working with software development teams
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Knowledge of basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Knowledge of design principles for low code solutions such as Power BI
• Background in human-computer interaction, or related fields.
• Experience in Supply chain, planning or other logistic fields
• Knowledge of data engineering, Databricks, Python
