Insight Global is seeking an ES People Advisor / HR Coordinator II to support employees through a centralized shared services model. This role provides high‑quality HR support to employees and managers through a case management portal, answering inquiries related to benefits, time off, compensation, immigration, HR policies, and employee data. Day‑to‑day work includes managing and resolving cases, maintaining and improving HR knowledge articles, supporting Workday self‑service inquiries, processing HR transactions, assisting with system testing, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and a customer‑first mindset in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in HR or a centralized/shared services customer support environment
Strong HR fundamentals (benefits, time off, compensation, HR policies, employee data)
Experience working in a case management system
Experience with Workday HCM or similar HRIS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail, organization, and time management
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee matters
Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on data integrity and process accuracy
Comfortable supporting employees through personal or complex situations
Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in an HR shared services organization
Background supporting employee self‑service tools and knowledge bases
Experience creating or updating HR knowledge articles
Exposure to HR system enhancements or User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Interest in process improvement and applying technology to enhance employee experience
