Product Owner/Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager (Contract) to serve as the primary point of intake for complex business requirements and to partner closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver scalable solutions. This role acts as a one stop shop for gathering, clarifying, and documenting business needs, translating ambiguous problems into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlog items. The ideal candidate excels at working with senior stakeholders, including VP level leaders, and has strong experience breaking down complex initiatives, documenting current and future state business processes, and creating process flows and visualizations (Visio preferred). This role works closely with Scrum and development teams to ensure work is well scoped, development ready, and aligned to business objectives, helping reduce pressure on both business and technical teams. Experience with ServiceNow is a strong plus, along with exposure to data driven environments (SQL, Snowflake) and emerging AI solutions such as LLMs, RAG, and agent based systems. The position supports large scale organizational efforts within healthcare or medical device environments, operates primarily during EST hours, and requires a high level of autonomy, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.

• Experience in large, complex organizational environments
• Process modeling and documentation experience
• Visio or similar process mapping tools
• Exposure to modern data platforms and AI driven solutions
• ServiceNow experience strongly preferred
• Data and systems exposure is a plus, including:
o SQL
o Snowflake
o Data centric or database driven development environments

• 2+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or technical/functional analysis roles
• Strong ability to translate complex business problems into clear requirements
• Experience working closely with both business stakeholders and development teams
