Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing new commercial projects from planning through completion. This role coordinates subcontractors, manages schedules and budgets, ensures compliance, and maintains clear communication across all project stakeholders.


-Coordinate electrical and/or mechanical subcontractors
-Manage commercial construction projects valued at $1M+ from start to finish
-Review, interpret, and work from electrical drawings, schematics, and project plans
-Review and understand RFIs, contracts, and project documentation
-Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, project specifications, and established timelines
-Maintain clear and consistent communication with subcontractors, vendors, and other trades
-Utilize construction management tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms to track progress and documentation
-Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope
*This role is not completing any hands-on work but overseeing the trades doing so*

Required Skills & Experience

-Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects
-Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction documentation
-Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
-Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects exceeding $1M in value
-Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
