Job Description

Insight Global is searching for 2 authentication engineers for one of our leading student‑lending clients. These engineers will support core identity and authentication operations across Active Directory, Azure AD, and modern authentication protocols, while driving automation through PowerShell and Graph API. They’ll help maintain PKI and certificate‑based authentication, strengthen MFA and passwordless methods, and apply least‑privilege and NIST‑aligned security practices to enhance the organization’s overall identity posture.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience: LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, Azure AD Connect

4+ years of Active Directory experience: Domain Controller administration (build, upgrade, manage, troubleshoot), hybrid identity, and conditional access

Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) experience: Multi‑region PKI operations, certificate lifecycle management, and certificate‑based authentication

Automation & Integration experience: PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API

Authentication & MFA: CBA, FIDO keys, passphrases, passwordless methods

Security Frameworks: Least privilege (Tier model), familiarity with NIST principles
