Job Description

3+ years of experience with end user device support
Previous experience working in a plant or warehouse environment
Hands on experience with troubleshooting Networking equipment/network fiber issues, server rooms, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Apple Mac & IOS
ServiceNow ticketing system experience
Experience with the in tune imaging process
Has a strong background working and understanding Zebra, Rico Printers, Thermal Printers, Label, and SAP printers
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, mobile device support, video conferencing support, and application support          
Must have a car!

Required Skills & Experience
