Position Summary
Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join one of their top clients. This Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing, automation, and IT infrastructure domains. This role requires strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight aligned with Michelin’s operational excellence and innovation goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple concurrent projects.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and IT teams to ensure timely execution.
Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and regulatory standards.
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
PMP Certification
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Information Systems
5–10 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
Proven success in manufacturing, infrastructure, or automation environments
Strong proficiency in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, MS Project, or similar
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
