Job Description

A large healthcare provider in the Midwest is looking for a Director of Total Rewards to join their team remotely. This individual will oversee both compensation and benefits programs for the organization. We are looking for someone that brings a strategic vision on how to elevate the current programs and policies to ensure employee retention and attraction for new employees.

This role will oversee benefits, compensation, health plans, well-being and payroll to ensure that all co-workers are represented and taken care of during their time with the organization. You will work with your team as well as HR executives and other leadership within the organization to align the rewards program with the business objectives of the organization, enhance the overall experience for the employees and support the ongoing acquisitions, growth and long term goals of the organization.

The ideal candidates will come from a healthcare organization with 15,000 employees or more and overseeing the compensation and benefits for all employees. They will have experience bringing new and innovative ideas that can help with compensation structures, geographical pay, retention initiatives, recognition for tenured co-workers, job title alignment, intuitive open enrollment and more benefits that help with employee retention and attraction.

Candidates should have at least eight years of leadership experience with total rewards including compensation and benefits, proven track record of retention and ability to build strong relationships within the HR organization to come up with strategy for the greater good of the organization.

Compensation:
$200,000 to $240,000 per year annual salary plus 15% bonus eligibility.

Required Skills & Experience

-8-10 years of experience overseeing compensation and benefits at an organization of 15,000 employees or more
-Ability to partner and collaborate with HR operations and executives
-Proven track record of providing solutions that increase company retention and attraction of new talent
-Experience providing strategic vision and initiatives especially as it pertains to compensation philosophy, tenured employee recognition, management title recognition and intuitive benefits enrollment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-HRIS experience - Oracle preferred
