Job Description
The Senior Principal Architect is the senior-most architectural authority within the organization, responsible for shaping and guiding the enterprise technology vision, leading architecture practices across the bank, and ensuring that IT solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. This role oversees the Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and Security Architecture functions and works directly with delivery managers, technical leads, and engineering teams. The Senior Principal Architect ensures that engineering and delivery teams have clear blueprints, reusable patterns, and architectural guardrails that promote consistency, innovation, and quality at scale. This individual is not only a strategic thinker but also a seasoned engineer capable of hands-on collaboration, mentoring, and translating complex technical landscapes into actionable plans.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of software engineering or architectural roles
- Experience leading teams across application, data, security and cloud infrastructure
- Deep understanding of modern software architecture practices, cloud-native principles, DevSecOps, and agile delivery models
- Experience leading enterprise architecture and/or solution design for complex systems and modern platforms (e.g., Azure, microservices, APIs).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Azure migration experience
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Experience in cloud development projects
