As an IT admin you will take charge and provide decisive technical support to the site locations you support. For this role Fort Wayne will be your home base with Indy being your traveling site 6 days a month. This role will require expertise in multiple domains, including system administration, networking, technical support (break/fix), etc. You will be actively collaborating with site leadership to maximize the strategic use of technological resources.

- Schedule (week 1: 1 day onsite, week 2: 2 days onsite, week 3: 1 day onsite, week 4: 2 days onsite)
- Mileage, Meals, and Hotel stay will be compensated
Salary: 75k-85k

- Associate Degree in Computer Science or another technical field is required
- 4-6 yrs system admin experience
- Understanding of compliance and security standards
- Knowledge pf VMWare virtualized environment
- Knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN's, and wireless networks.
- Skilled with windows systems, Entra/active Directory, Intune, O365 apps such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
- Experience installing IT hardware, peripherals, and software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required with the proficiency to collaborate and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to travel to Indy 6 times a month one the following schedule (week 1: 1 day onsite, week 2: 2 days onsite, week 3: 1 day onsite, week 4: 2 days onsite)
- 4-6 yrs of diversified experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
-2-3 yrs in a medical environment preferred.
-Knowledge of Endpoint central
-Knowledge in Cisco Merki and UNIFI switching
-Knowledge with VoIP systems, particularly 3CX
-Intermediate knowledge in Backup solutions, MSP360
