Job Description

Apply data-driven problem-solving methods to improve key quality metrics (e.g., internal/external DPPMs, scrap, customer satisfaction).
Read and interpret basic engineering prints.
Perform measurements using dial indicators and other gauging tools.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and identify root causes of scrap.
Work closely with quality and plant management to resolve production challenges.
Support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
Utilize Excel for data tracking and analysis.

Required Skills & Experience

U.S. Person status required due to federal export control laws.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a technical field OR 10+ years' experience
Minimum 3 years of quality experience in the aerospace or automotive industry working directly with metal.
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with grinding processes.
Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with gauging and measurement tools.
Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards (preferred).
