We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IAM Engineer to support a rapidly growing insurance client operating in a hybrid cloud environment. This role is part of a dynamic Identity and Access Management (IAM) team responsible for securing access to critical systems and data across both on-premises and cloud platforms.
You will assist in implementing and maintaining IAM solutions, with a focus on Single Sign-On (SSO), SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, and SAML-based integrations.
The Ideal Candidate will be looking for a desired salary between $50-60/ hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuring and maintaining SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Support identity lifecycle management and access governance using SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
- Help manage and troubleshoot identity services in Microsoft Entra ID, including enterprise app integrations, conditional access, and user provisioning.
- Work with application teams to integrate new systems using SAML 2.0, ensuring secure and seamless authentication experiences.
- Participate in access reviews, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Document IAM processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Application teams to ensure secure and efficient identity operations in a hybrid cloud setting.

-3-5 years of experience as an Identity Access Management engineer
-Understanding of IAM concepts such as provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC, and least privilege.
-Familiarity with SSO protocols, especially SAML 2.0, and how they are used in federated identity systems.
-Experience working with SailPoint and Microsoft Entra ID.
-Strong analytical and communication skills.
