Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst Support Technician for a large Agricultural client in the Indianapolis area. This individual will be responsible for customer support ticket management. In this role, this person will:
Maintain a high level of professionalism during frequent interactions with customers and Sales Team via phone, email, video, and in person
Coordinate processes to ensure customers expectations are met with regard to data and issues
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve customer and data support processes
Collaborate with software partners to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Dynamically drive customer satisfaction during customer engagement and lifecycle
Create, own, and execute end-to-end end-user trainings through intensive product knowledge with the ability to command a small to large audience
This candidate will be compensated starting at $45/HR.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with data management, analysis, and problem solving.
Comparing customer data and internal data, summarizing findings to help reconcile
Experience in customer support ticket management and resolution
Example of a ticket that would be resolved: I can't figure out how to install my data in the system
Example of a ticket that would be escalated: 6 tickets in one day saying can't communicate - signals something on the backend, pass to IT
Excel experience in advanced functions, pivot tables, vlookup, etc.
Experience with a ticketing system - team currently using Zendesk
Excellent customer service skills and experience developing customer relationships and internal relationships by phone
