Insight Global is seeking a skilled Scrum Master/IT PM with at least 3+ years of experience managing IT Agile and Waterfall projects. This position will be supporting the rollout of a financial services clients product value streams, managing 2-3 Scrum teams at a time. They will be running scrum ceremonies, managing sprint timelines, removing roadblocks, monitoring team performance, and helping the clients teams adopt to Agile principles and methodologies for scrum projects. This person will also be managing Waterfall projects from time to time, overseeing the entire project life cycle from start to finish, creating project timelines, resource allocation and budgeting. Strong coordination and communication skills are necessary, as this individual will be involved in projects that impact multiple groups across the company, some of which that have not every operated in Agile.
