An employer in Anderson IN is looking for a permanent direct-hire Project Manager to join their growing team for a 100% on-site role. This salary budgeted for this position is $90K-110K. This position is the main liaison between the customer and this construction company. This individual will provide leadership and administration to the construction project and assists in the project specifications, objectives, and policies. Some duties of the job include:
- Establishing company and project policies
- Manage the budget and financial reporting throughout the project
- Client interface/interaction
- Providing technical guidance to subordinate managers
- Updating schedule/progress with managers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Maintain safety standards

- 2+ years as a Project Manager within the Commercial build space
- Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, project management, etc (full-life cycle)
MS Office Suite + MS Project (excel*)
