Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a skilledITProject Manager to support one of our financial services clients in the Indianapolis, Indiana. This resource will define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives, collaborating with senior management and stakeholders. They will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans and communications, ensuring timely, clear expectations for all team members. This IT PM will maintain ongoing stakeholder engagement while estimating resource needs and managing budgets, including necessary adjustments. They will also help to identify dependencies, critical paths, and schedule milestones using appropriate tools. This resource will track progress, deliver reports, and proactively address scope changes, risks, and contingency planning.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
35 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity: from process development and execution
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment while managing multiple projects at a time
Experience with heavy documentation and gathering technical information from a variety of stakeholders to assist with project deadlines
Conduct research into project-related issues and products
Knowledge of Project Management software's/tools (team uses ADO, Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet)
Experience working in an agile/waterfall "wagile" environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PowerBI
PMP or equivalent certification
