Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist to work for one of our engineering consulting firms. This person will be responsible for providing front-line technical support to end-users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, PC re-builds, guiding users through problem resolution, and escalating more complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in IT related role - help desk, desktop support etc.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS) and common software applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
