Day to Day/Responsibilities:
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager who Leads, plans, organizes, and controls all resources for the successful execution of a Project for all parties involved. Ability to lead a Team in the construction of projects, providing proven processes that ensure agreed expectations are met related to safety, quality, schedule, and financial control leading to proven outcomes for customers. The project manager will partner with the superintendent on daily stand-up meetings to ensure that the projects are on target The PM will also be financially responsible for the entire project.

1. Lead and organize project team for the successful execution of the project.
2. Provide leadership in preplanning projects. Provide thorough planning of all aspects of the project.
3. Manage all aspects of the project level finances.
4. Monitor project progress and schedule.
5. Create and maintain a positive team environment.
6. Communicate, Support, Display and Reinforce the Company Vision, Mission and values.
Key Deliverables for the First 6-12 Months:
1. Show a complete understanding of Thieneman Processes, KPIs and Commitment to Company Values.
2. Demonstrate ability to work well in Team environment.
SALARY: 135K
