Insight Global is looking for a Site Technician to support their Rockland Maine Site.This person will be desktop support for the entire plant including scientists and chemists and needs to have experience with thermal, zebra, and SAP printing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working alone in a plant environment. They will be working with the following technologies: (Microsoft office, teams, aspen tech - IP21 Process Explore, Citrix, Prowatch, Exact vision etc.) The reason this resource needs to have a strong background with printers is because within the plant, the printers are used daily for labeling/ printing items for their fragrance and flavor samples.

5-10 years of experience with end user device support
Previous experience working in a plant or warehouse environment
Hands on experience with troubleshooting Networking equipment/network fiber issues, server rooms, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Apple Mac & IOS
ServiceNow ticketing system experience
Experience with the in tune imaging process
Has a strong background working and understanding Zebra, Rico Printers, Thermal Printers, Label, and SAP printers
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, mobile device support, video conferencing support, and application support
This is a part time role 2-3 times a week with opportunity to go to 5 days a week
