Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a Service Technician/Programmer to join our client’s Commercial Service team. This role involves servicing commercial properties, including stores, factories, financial institutions, and pharmaceutical facilities, for the integration and implementation of security, fire, alarm, CCTV, access control, and surveillance systems. You will not be travelling more than 50% of the time and you will not be servicing residential clients. We are seeking a self-starter, motivated individual to help grown the local footprint with great work and great customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Report to the Operations Manager to review reports and position expectations
• Collaborate with the Service Coordinator on weekly schedules and projects
• Supporting the greater Indianapolis area up to Gas City, IN and down to Columbus, IN.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and service various systems, including security systems, CCTV, alarms, and more
• Work with other service technicians on large-scale projects
• Operate autonomously on small-scale projects

Required Skills & Experience
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of professional experience as an installation technician or programmer for commercial
• Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting CCTV, alarms, security systems, and related systems
