Job Description

The Transmission & Distribution District Manager oversees operations within a specific district, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality. Responsibilities include managing multiple project teams, collaborating with clients, and driving continuous improvement in operational processes to execute construction transmission projects. This role will include strategic planning, financial management, project oversight, and people management. This leader will manage a full business unit and P&L statement. This individual must have a strong understanding of electrical construction projects as it relates to transmission and distribution along with excellent leadership and operations experience.

10 years of experience as an Estimator in electrical construction industry
10 years of experience in Project Management
Experience managing a full P&L or business unit
Experience in transmission and distribution

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working at
Experience working with Union leadership
BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
